About us

David Jones, Dipl., M.S.LAc., is a licensed Acupuncturist, graduate of Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York and has Certifications in: Cranial Sacral Therapy, Zero Point Balancing, Reconnection Therapy, Kampo Herbs. He has worked in the healing arts for 35 years, including healing talismans as a visual artist and working and studying with healers from many traditions. His own journey through illness allows him to work with great empathy, intuition and compassion and to bring to his work a studied, energetic approach and an open heart. He comes to Acupuncture from a life as an artist and a student of meditation and the metaphysical world. His life experience includes being a parent, a husband, an athlete and striving to live a life of service as well as support others who serve.

Lisa Jones is a Breath Work Coach, a Culinary Nutrition Educator (Graduate of T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University),  a Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Practitioner, a  Reiki Master, and a Mindfulness/Meditation Instructor.  She is the creator of Recovery Studio where she coaches clients to develop daily habits  that release them from the grips of anxiety, fatigue and overwhelm.  Lisa’s embodied practice of Breath Work,  Meditation, Reiki, and Intuitive Listening are the methods that helped her heal.  She shares 25 years of wisdom gained from working with Food Medicine, cooking for chronically ill clients in New York City and Upstate New York, to bring the functional use of food into your healing journey. Lisa’s mission is to help you reclaim your vitality with new routines of medicinal food, medicinal movement and restorative practices.
